| Diana
offered unique and creative suggestions for the design and decor of my new
restaurant. She was always available and worked with me to bring my ideas
to life. She was very considerate of my budget and offered better ideas
for less money. Diana was on the site most of the time and available to
help me make decisions. She was on top of the project. Not only just in
her area but knew exactly what was going on with the entire project. I love
the murals, the great Venetian sky ceiling, faux finishes, hand painted
pieces and special touches she added through out my restaurant. Ray Piacqaudio, owner Pasta Too Restaurant, Bethel Park, PA |

| While
completely reconstructing my sturdy yet outdated and boring 50 year old
Mt. Lebanon home, I was lucky enough to find Diana Riggs. Most important
to me were Diana's design consultations. Not only did she assist with what
colors to use, she herself completed my faux finished walls, better than
any other painters I'd seen. Diana's talents, my friends say that I have
taken 25 years off my house! I did all this with half the price of a design
house and much more style as Diana is both designer and artist. Ingrid Stoffel, Mt. Lebanon, PA |

| Diana
worked for us on the unique rehabilitation of our 300,000 square foot Brentwood
- Whitehall shopping Center in Brentwood Boro, Pittsburgh, Pa. A mixed use

efficiently and cost effectively. She is very bright, creative and solved

| Diana's
project management abilities are beyond compare, not to mention her creative
designs. Diana took our existing chain concept and has brought it up to
date with an authentic, individualized look that is unparalleled in the
industry and added our tasting area with great pizzazz! The existing concept
and what I had wanted to accomplish have been married together for a project
that will be much better than I ever expected and the envy of the retail
wine industry. Diana took the project from beginning to end and has created
an enthusiastic working atmosphere not only for the owners but for the tradesmen
and contractor as well. Her thoughtful considerations as to traffic flow,
creativity, profitability, artistic work, furnishings and final touches
make this project a huge success and an affordable project. Diana "has
it all" and will be my first call on the next project! Jerry Minton, WineStyles and Grape Expectations, Tampa Bay |

| After
several false starts on a home renovation project and much money lost, I
was at my wits end. Wondering where to turn next, I came to know of Diana
through a casual acquaintance. I thought it was time to seek some professional
guidance, so I gave her a call, with all intentions of just a few hours
of counsel. Our first meeting was to be one hour; four hours into it, I
looked at my watch wondering where the time had gone. I was so excited;
I just knew in my heart I had found a true gem and my project was going
to finally get off to a positive start. We talked, designed, re-designed;
she asked hard questions that made my husband and I really think about what
it was we really wanted to use the space for, how our family lives each
day, what theme we wanted our home to portray, what color palette we liked
best, the list went on. It was this process that made me realize planning
is the mission critical first step. As we tackled the structural and architectural
issues at the front end, and she won the respect of my husband, a previous
structural design engineer, I knew this team was going to be successful.
Months later as our project came together, and I had seen Diana toiling
alongside her team, covered in saw dust, paint and everything else, I was
certain the project was going to turn out just as Diana said it would -
exactly like the image she had built step-by-step in my mind. The days she
was in our life and in our home were some of the warmest times in my life.
We are considering a major new project now, and I know we will not tackle
it until Diana can be our guide. We will wait for her, until her schedule
allows - she is worth every second! Cheryl Ann Cavanagh, Director US - Contractor Procurement Deloitte Consulting LLC |

| Diana
has quite a unique skill set. It is not very often you find a designer that
has the ability to bring architecture, functionality, and aesthetics to
the table. I have been in the real estate development and renovation industry
for over 15 years and I have yet to run into a team, let alone one single
individual, that can accomplish what she is able to do. She has an extremely
strong work ethic, follows a plan from start to finish, and ensures quality
is achieved at every step. Throughout the process, she ensures the customer's
desires and tastes are well represented in the end product. Her bright personality
made our year-long project a complete joy. I know I would not start another
project without her invaluable input and guidance. Michael E. Cavanagh, Director of Operations Oxford Mortgage, Pittsburgh PA |

| I met
Diana a couple of years ago when I was considering a business proposition.
Being a Certified Public Accountant, I didn't really feel I needed much
in the way of investment advice. However, when the opportunity came for
me to invest in a well established local business, I quickly realized I
had much to learn. Diana was already a seasoned business owner having owned
a successful restaurant franchise, but she also was very well schooled in
the industry I was about to embark. My biggest concern about this venture
dealt with the actual business valuation. How do I decide what to pay? This
is an area in which Diana can quickly think on her feet. She assisted me
in devising a business proposal for the partnership buy-in as well as assessing
the opportunity cost of becoming a sole proprietor. Diana advised me on
other equally important issues such as business promotion, vendor relationships,
employee concerns and goodwill. I found her business sense uncanny and I
am grateful for the many hours she donated her listening ear. I would not
have made the appropriate decision without her help. Megan Jones, C.P.A. Owner, Chamomile Lawn, 4241 W. El Prado Boulevard, Tampa, FL |
